Day 4

Today was my moms birthday and a real challenge since birthday usually mean indulgence and mothers are usually not supportive of drastic diet changes. Morning was coffee, managed to avoid fried chicken dinner and said I eaten already.

Nom Nom's
1 coffee
1 apple
2 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 servings of baby carrots
1 banana
1/2 chocolate bar
Total Calories: 710

Exercise: 30 mins walking
