Day 4

Today was my moms birthday and a real challenge since birthday usually mean indulgence and mothers are usually not supportive of drastic diet changes. Morning was coffee, managed to avoid fried chicken dinner and said I eaten already.

Nom Nom's
1 coffee
1 apple
2 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 servings of baby carrots
1 banana
1/2 chocolate bar
Total Calories: 710

Exercise: 30 mins walking

Day 3
Last night was the second day of my diet change and I have to say it was much easier. I made the mistake of drinking coffee and I had the shakes because of it. I won't do that again, I think I stick to tea until the 30 days are up. Sleeping better and got up early and went to the gym so far it is a very productive day. I'm happy with the weightloss so far. Dinner will be a fresh juice. I'll post later. :)

Day 2 
Weigh in: 170lbs

Today is the second day of my challenge. I got the tummy crumble early this morning and ate about a ounce of potato/sweet potato salad (homemade) and much later a banana with peanut butter. It was really difficult. I'm not used to being a vegetarian and being grain free but it should really help control my calories.

Today's Nom Nom's
1 ounce potato salad
Super duper green drink (juice generation)
1 banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Total calories: 480

Exercise, 10 mins walking, 30 mins elliptical, strength training 20 mins

Day 1
Weigh in: 170lbs

Today is day one of my 30 day weightloss journey becoming a temporary vegetarian. I have about 30+ pounds to lose and I can't think of a better way than ditching all foods except for fruits, vegetables and the occasional seafood. So no meat and no grains of any kind. Limited nuts and nut butters. I am also keeping a close watch on calories. Today was really hard! and it's just day one!!!! I am hoping by the end of this I can actually keep up the vegetarianism, since I think it is much healthier lifestyle. Everyone who knows me knows I eat ALOT and it's seemingly impossible that I would reduce in size!

Today's nom nom's
2 cups of strawberries
2 cups of green grapes
2 bananas
2 gordon fish filets
2 cups of tea
2 tablespoons of Nutella
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Nom Nom total: 1294

Exercise walking for appr. an hour in the city

Tomorrow I will try to get those veggies in and also see if I can hit the gym too.
