Day 2 
Weigh in: 170lbs

Today is the second day of my challenge. I got the tummy crumble early this morning and ate about a ounce of potato/sweet potato salad (homemade) and much later a banana with peanut butter. It was really difficult. I'm not used to being a vegetarian and being grain free but it should really help control my calories.

Today's Nom Nom's
1 ounce potato salad
Super duper green drink (juice generation)
1 banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Total calories: 480

Exercise, 10 mins walking, 30 mins elliptical, strength training 20 mins
