Day 3
Last night was the second day of my diet change and I have to say it was much easier. I made the mistake of drinking coffee and I had the shakes because of it. I won't do that again, I think I stick to tea until the 30 days are up. Sleeping better and got up early and went to the gym so far it is a very productive day. I'm happy with the weightloss so far. Dinner will be a fresh juice. I'll post later. :)
